Steps to enroll
- Each individual learner must create their own unique profile.

- Enrollment is completed directly through the dashboard.
Note: Property-level generic accounts are not permitted. Each learner must have an individual profile for tracking and certification purposes.
When does class registration close?
Enrollment for certification courses closes approximately 30 days prior to the session, or when all seats are filled—whichever comes first.
- You will be placed on the course waiting list.
- Once enrollment closes and your property has been successfully billed, your status will automatically update to “Enrolled.”
- You will not need to take any action.
Course Materials
- After billing is completed, course materials will be shipped to your property.
- Materials will typically ship approximately three (3) weeks prior to the session start date.
- Your property will be automatically invoiced for this course.
- If you prefer to self-pay, you will need to email ChadwellUniversity@ChadwellSupply.com as soon as you enroll to request payment arrangements.
